Well equipped for FUN!
All of our activities at Pine Lake take place on site. When the sun is shining, the campers will be paddling on the lake, playing games on the fields and working together in the various team challenge areas. We also have specified outdoor areas for Battle zone, Remote control cars, Thunderball and Archery. In adverse weather conditions we have alternative indoor programs.
Accommodation
All of our accommodation is located on-site. During camps, the children/young people will stay in one of our dorm rooms containing either 6 or 10 beds. We provide separate sleeping areas and shower rooms for males and females.
The teachers or leaders sleep in separate rooms. Each dorm room contains bunk beds which are fully equipped with bedding and shelving units for the children/young people to store their belongings. Each washroom contains a shower, toilet, and wash basin. For security and peace of mind, we have internal and external CCTV cameras operational on site.
Games Room
Our games room is fully equipped with Table tennis, Pool, Table football, Air hockey, a PlayStation 5, and a variety of games for the children/young people to play in their free time. Other areas of the main building include a Playstation 4 and a Nintendo Switch. By popular demand, there is also an area set up for the children to enjoy colouring and loom banding.
Activity Areas
We have our very own Battle Zone where young people can battle it out with foam darts and blasters. The site also includes a sheltered Archery Range, a large Remote-Control Car Track, a Thunderball Arena, a Camp-Fire Amphitheatre, a Football pitch and a Bushcraft area.
Sports Hall
Our Sports Hall once complete will provide a great area for the children and young people to enjoy a range of sports and activities indoors. Lakes
We have two lakes on site, one which is still being landscaped and developed for fishing. Our main lake is used for canoeing and paddleboarding. When the water depth is high we are also able to use our awesome inflatable commando run!Â
Games Field
We have a large open field in front of the main camp centre building used for games such as rounders, wide games, volleyball and kwik cricket. We also run some cool team building games such as “Capture the Flag,” “Pirates of the currybean” and “Jailbreak.” During the summer, we also use this space to host our giant water fight which the children and young people love!
